Warm temperaturas, sweet fruits
Although the dry season is hard on many, wonderful gifts of nature thrive even in these difficult times. We were lucky enough to pick honey-sweet figs. So it was clear that I had to find a way to process them. I decided to give away some figs and make jam with nuts. Incredibly sweet despite only 200g of sugar per 1200g of figs. I wonder which fruit will be next?
